Since then, the Dolphins have posted erratic seasons. Their offensive line has been both spectacularly effective and utterly useless. In recent years, the Dolphins have gone through dramatic staffing changes, culminating in the ousting of Cam Cameron (the head coach) and his entire staff in early 2008.
