Their home games are played at Dolphin Stadium, located in Miami Gardens, Florida and they usually sell most if not all of the available Dolphin Tickets for sale each game. Much of the Dolphins' performance is owed to their coach, Don Shula. With a reputation as professional football's most effective and successful coach, Shula directed the Dolphins for 26 seasons. During that time, only 2 seasons were marred by losing records. In 1995, Shula retired and handed the reins to his replacement, Jimmy Johnson. Within 4 years of lackluster performance, Johnson left. Since then, the Dolphins have posted erratic seasons. Their offensive line has been both spectacularly effective and utterly useless. In recent years, the Dolphins have gone through dramatic staffing changes, culminating in the ousting of Cam Cameron (the head coach) and his entire staff in early 2008.
