Six FA Cups, one League Cup, one Premier League title, and several other awards have helped the Rovers carve a position for themselves in English football's top flight. Blackburn In The Premier League

In 1992, the Rovers ended a 26-year drought from the top flight and gained entry into the debuting Barclays Premiership. A round of aggressively expensive signings followed and Blackburn finished the 1993-94 season in a runner-up position. The club had trouble gaining momentum in their campaigns for the FA Cup and League Cup, but that allowed them to focus on the Premiership title. By the end of the 1994-95 season, the Rovers had climbed to the top of the table.

In 1999, due to a discouragingly bad performance at the beginning of the season, Blackburn football had suffered relegation from the top flight. Their exile did not last long. They returned to the Premier League for the 2000-01 season under the leadership of manager Graeme Souness. At the end of the season, the club went on a buying spree, picking up high-profile assets, such as Corrado Grabbi, Andy Cole, and Tugay Kerimoglu.

In 2004, manager Mark Hughes took the top spot before leaving to manage Manchester City in 2008. During his entire Rovers tenure, Hughes avoided relegation while leading the club to three consecutive seasons in the top half. After a brief - and depressingly bad - stint by Paul Ince, Sam Allardyce took over as manager for the Rovers.

The Rovers play home matches at Ewood Park, a stadium that seats 31,367. Despite the club's consistently good performance over the past several years, Blackburn tickets do not typically sell out. In fact, the Park reduced their prices for Blackburn tickets by 25% during the 2007-08 season. The good news is that many of the best seats can be reserved for discounted prices.
